Life in The Realm!

For my first post I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Lauranne. I am a 40+ witch that has come full circle in the craft.  I own and operate an alternative path store within Middletown, Ohio.  What is an alternative path store you my ask?  It's not complex, I simply did not want to be just a metaphysical or pagan shop. I wanted to be a haven for anyone of alternative subcultures looking for a place to shop and feel safe.  
I began my business journey twenty years ago but when life situations got in the way I chose to be a mom first...to raise my two daughters through personal light and love...and to put my business and, for the most part, my spirituality on hold.  
Now that my daughters are both grown and on their own I have come to realize that I need my spirituality more now than ever.  Being in the crone stage of life is proving to be harder than any of the other stages in my life...and I have not had an easy life.  I will most likely open up about many or all of my adventures through the years but for now I would like to focus on the future.  
My step back into my alternative path has awakened many aspects of my life.  I am many things...a wife, a mother, a business owner, a scholar, a teacher, a writer, a mental health patient, and a chronic pain suffer.  I am openly bisexual.  I enjoy the darker goth side of life while believing in fairies and the mystics. My spirituality and witchcraft has been my strength over the years, getting me through many aspects and hard situations.  This is my belief that witchcraft and pagan beliefs have many angles and ways of practice.  I am proudly an eclectic witch and am here to celebrate life with you!
